After you got used to it, you loved the sand! You ate it multiple times, with very funny faces. You didn't however like the surf. The ocean water freaked you out every time the surf came near you. That's okay though, I am alright with you having a healthy fear of the ocean for a while. :o)
The trip included going to the Old Lahaina Luau, hiking Kanapali Coast to go to the Nakelele Blowhole, taking a boat ride out to Molikini to go snorkeling and whale watching (you stayed on the boat the whole time) , going to five graves and five caves to see the sea turtles and snorkel with them, visiting the Maalaea Bay Aquarium, driving the Road to Hana and going on hikes to waterfalls, many beach trips, and shopping in Paia. We had a fabulous time!
Luau pics. This was the first full day we were there and you still sort of had jet lag so you weren't terribly happy in all of them because it was getting close to your Boise bed time.
Mouthful of pineapple. You LOVED the pineapple and banana bread.
Coconut jello at the luau which you also loved!
